ACCESSIBILITY
Accessibility statement
Luxury Asset Loans is committed to making luxuryassetloans.com accessible to people with disabilities. This statement describes our conformance approach, known limitations, and how to report issues.
Effective date: May 2026
Conformance target
We aim to conform with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA published by the W3C. WCAG 2.1 AA is widely accepted as the standard for digital accessibility in the United States and is the target most ADA-related guidance points to.
What we've done
Visual
- Color contrast ratios meet WCAG AA: at least 4.5:1 for body text, 3:1 for large text and UI components
- Visible 2px focus indicators on all interactive elements
- Text resizes via browser zoom up to 200% without loss of content or functionality
- No information conveyed by color alone — we pair color with shape, label, or position
- Layouts respond to mobile, tablet, and desktop viewports
Keyboard
- Every interactive element is reachable and operable via keyboard
- Logical tab order
- "Skip to content" link as the first focusable element on every page
- No keyboard traps
Screen readers
- Semantic HTML (proper heading hierarchy, landmarks, lists)
- Form fields have associated labels
- Images have descriptive alt text; decorative images are marked appropriately
- ARIA labels on icon-only buttons and non-text controls
Motion
- Animations respect
prefers-reduced-motion— users who set this preference see static alternatives - No content flashes more than three times per second
Forms
- All form fields have visible labels (not just placeholder text)
- Required fields are clearly marked
- Error messages are associated with their fields and explain how to fix the issue
- Form submission errors do not lose user input
Known limitations
We are continuously improving accessibility. Current known issues we're working on:
- Some marketing imagery is dense; alternative text descriptions are concise rather than fully descriptive
- Certain blog posts (when launched) may use embedded third-party content (e.g., social media embeds) that does not fully meet WCAG AA — we are evaluating alternatives
If you encounter an accessibility issue not listed here, please tell us — see "Reporting issues" below.
Assistive technologies tested
We test against the following common combinations:
- VoiceOver on macOS / iOS
- TalkBack on Android
- NVDA on Windows
- Keyboard-only navigation (no mouse) on desktop
We aim to support current versions of major browsers (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge).
