This website is operated by Luxury Asset Loans (California licensed-lender network). The information on this website is for general informational purposes. Specific loan terms are disclosed in writing at signing.
Loan origination
All loans are originated and consummated in California under California Financial Code §21000 et seq. Out-of-state advertising and inquiries are informational only — loan origination requires the asset to be physically present at one of our four California offices for in-person appraisal.
No representations beyond signed documents
Statements on this website regarding loan-to-value ratios, funding speed, and loan size ranges are typical, not guaranteed. The actual loan offer is determined at appraisal and reflected in the signed term sheet. No oral statement, email, or website representation modifies the signed loan documents.
Asset risk
Loans are non-recourse — if the loan is not repaid, the collateral asset is sold to satisfy the obligation, and any surplus is returned to the borrower. There is no recourse to other assets, but the borrower bears the risk of losing the collateral asset.
Compliance
We comply with the California Financial Code, the federal Bank Secrecy Act, FinCEN reporting requirements, and California Department of Financial Protection and Innovation guidance for licensed lenders.
